Double Award Success For CAV Systems

CAV Systems has won two awards at the Insider Media Made in the North East Awards.

With fourteen coveted categories being hotly contested, the CAV team were thrilled to collect the Aerospace, Automotive & Rail, and the Manufacturer of the Year (under £25 million) titles.

A celebration of the highest-quality manufacturing and engineering businesses based in the North East of England, the awards programme is now in its twelfth year.

Speaking about the awards, Ian Jackson, VP Operation at CAV Systems said: “To be shortlisted for two awards is one thing, but to win in both is absolutely fantastic, especially when we were up against such tough competition.

“The awards are a real showcase of North East talent, and we are incredibly proud to have our products, services, and employees recognised in this way. The awards are testament to the hard work of every single member of the CAV team, and we are truly delighted.”

Held at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead hotel on Thursday 14 March (2024), CAV will now go on to represent the North East region at the UK national ceremony later this year.
